As an expert in microscopy, the BRAIN Initiative 3D Microscopy Working Group is asking for your feedback on tissue clearing techniques to help guide the protocol and equipment recommendations for the Brain Initiative. To help quantify differences between protocols and capture information not available in the literature, the WG is requesting information on both negative and positive experiences with tissue clearing protocols.
After you click the link below, you will be prompted to enter information on tissue clearing protocols you have used in your lab. This includes overarching experimental details, whether tissue clearing was successful, which protocol was used, modifications to published protocols, and imaging and analysis parameters.
Limit feedback to one tissue clearing protocol per submission. After submission, you can restart to provide feedback on another tissue clearing protocol.
